How We Started

Our Story

Kroeber Sales Consulting began after attending a private equity meeting in Denver. We walked into a large conference room full of sales executives from multiple Fintech companies sitting around a table. We didn’t know what the individual from the right of me nor the left did. There was little transparency and confusion which contributed to lost opportunities for the entire organization.

In that moment, we asked ourselves, " “Is there a better strategy and model to offer companies in need of growth through new sales?” Later that day we boarded a flight back to New York and from 30,000 feet in the air wrote a business plan to do just that. Then, we launched KSC in 2010.

Jonathan Kroeber

Founder and CEO

Jonathan founded KSC on the belief that experience and expertise is essential to successfully prospect for new business.  Furthermore he realized that there is a lack of professional services available to effectively bridge the gap between marketing and sales.  Jonathan has always recognized the value of prospecting and over time developed a method that is currently being employed and integrated into sales processes.

With over 30 years of financial service industry experience, his deep understanding of enterprise wide complex sales cycles has driven revenue for a number of companies, ranging from start-ups to leading financial service providers.

Robert Rummel

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

With 25 years plus experience in the financial industry, Robert is a transformational executive with foresight and imagination.  He has an impressive history of surpassing ambitious business goals and delivering comprehensive solutions to financial technology clients.  He has a consistent record of positioning organizations for success, spurring significant sales growth. Robert has an innate ability to quickly identify and actualize valuable ideas, employing astute strategies that maximize service offerings.
